MobiText was designed by the DyNiForm Software team. Development started in December 2010 as a part of The Linux Group's Application Suite (now defunct), and the concepts for MobiText were based on an original Notepad software, and it evolved with an Office like GUI and used an Office 2007 Black theme look to it. This idea came from a vision the developers had: What if we managed to merge Microsoft Word and Wordpad into an easy, intuitive text editor, for free?And that's exactly we didMobiText has changed quite a bit since those early betas and has evolved into a mature program that is productive and gets the job done. MobiText's first release setup had been downloaded over 4,200 times in a period of less than 4 months (May 3 to August 26). MobiText 1.1 preceded version 1.2; released August 27, 2012, it provided many new enhancements and many fixed features. The current revision, 1.2, was released on November 3, 2013 as the Fall 2013 update. This update was a complete revamp and refinement of 1.1 while adding many new features.

The Hungarian archives portal was originally created by cooperation between local governmental archives, but other institutions such as the Hungarian National Archives later joined the initiative. The institutions involved felt the need to provide the public enquiring into the activities of the archives and into the results of their work with services which would facilitate both orientation and research. The portal enables researchers to explore by means of a website the documentary materials found in the archives of Hungary, both those involved in the cooperation and those which will join later. In order to the increase the efficiency of the research, a unified database has been created, and the content is continually being expanded.

By using this unified database, interested researchers can obtain useful information on the whole of the documentation kept in the archives involved in the cooperation.The portal is promoting the digitisation of documentary series spanning the whole of the country and the construction of databases for document collections drawn up based on identical principles and practice by incorporating their contents and thus enabling online access on its interface, making simultaneous searches possible among the most varied types of sources.
